How do I place an order?
Step 1. Choose a design from one of our category pages
Step 2. Choose a lettering style (if there is an option for it) View choices on right
Step 3. Enter your Personalization as you want it to appear on your plaque. The more characters entered the smaller the size on the plaque
Step 4. Choose a border color (if there is an option for it)
Step 5. Enter quantity and place order
Step 6. Calculate shipping and enter credit card info
You will receive an automated email receipt when you are finished within a short time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our custom designed house plaques are created with close attention to detail, however we are typically able to complete your order within 2 to 3 weeks from the time the order is placed. Delivery time will range from 2 to 8 days depending on your location. If you need a custom item sooner, please contact us first by emailing us through our 'Contact' tab or calling us at 541.647.7226. Express delivery is available for an additional charge. Delivery to Alaska and Puerto Rico may be slightly longer.
How will my piece be shipped?
The majority of our items are shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). Some International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service) when UPS is cost prohibitive. We will do this in order to keep your shipping and handling cost lower.
Will I get an ordering and shipping confirmation?
Yes. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon ordering and another email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.
What do I do when my piece arrives?
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Inspect the box for any visible damage incurred during shipping before the carrier leaves and ask the driver to make appropriate notations on your delivery receipt and in their tracking system if any damage is found. After delivery, please be sure not to dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order.
What do I do if the piece is broken when it arrives?
Contact us immediately. Our ceramic pieces are carefully packaged for protection, however if the piece is broken upon arrival we will gladly offer you a replacement piece at no charge for all claims that are placed promptly. UPS allows a five day window for us to file a damage claim.
What if I'm interested in something I don't see on your website?
If you don't see what you're looking for or have something specific in mind, simply email us, call us, or click on the 'Contact' button (located at the top of this page) with your ideas. We'll be happy to create your special order. We have experienced artists who can customize one of our current designs to your specifications or create your very own personalized, 'one-of-a-kind' design. Within a few short weeks, your truly customized plaque will arrive, reflecting you and what you enjoy most. In most cases we can even provide you with a 'mock up' of your new design we create, which allows you to preview your plaque. Any applicable 'customization fees' will be discussed prior to your order being placed.
What is your return policy?
Classy Plaques stands behind the quality of our products and takes customer satisfaction seriously. Each order is carefully inspected before being shipped. If the plaque is damaged in shipping, or if we made an error in the customized painting process, please contact us within five days from the date of delivery of your plaque and we will paint and ship another one out to you at no additional charge. However, we do not offer refunds.
We welcome orders outside of the USA. Shipping time is typically 6 to 10 business days plus any additional time it will take to go through customs. Our shipping and handling cost for international orders will be listed in our check out cart. Customer is responsible for any additional charges that may be assessed upon delivery such as duties, taxes or tariffs.
