You're done! Shortly after you've completed your order, you will receive an automated email receipt confirming your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our custom designed house plaques are created with close attention to detail. Orders are typically completed and ready to ship within 2 to 3 weeks from the time the order is placed. Once shipped, delivery time within the USA will range from 2 to 8 days depending on your location. If you need a custom item sooner, please contact us first by emailing us through our 'Contact' tab or calling us at 541.647.7226. Express delivery is available for an additional charge.
How will my plaque be shipped?
The majority of our items are shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.
Will I get an ordering and shipping confirmation?
Yes. You will receive two emails. An 'order confirmation' will be sent to you after your order has been successfully placed. Once your order has been completed and shipped out, you'll also receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain the carrier tracking information should you care to track the progress of your shipment. We will use the email address you provide us with during the ordering process.
What do I do when my plaque arrives?
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Inspect the box for any visible damage incurred during shipping before the carrier leaves and ask the driver to make appropriate notations on your delivery receipt and in their tracking system if any damage is found. After delivery, please be sure not to dispose of the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order.
What do I do if the piece is broken when it arrives?
Contact us immediately. Our plaques are carefully packaged for protection, however if the piece is broken upon arrival we will gladly offer you a replacement piece at no charge for all claims that are placed promptly.
What if I'm interested in something I don't see on your website?
If you don't see what you're looking for or have something specific in mind, simply email us, call us, or click on the 'Contact' button (located at the top of this page) with your ideas. We can customize one of our current designs or create your very own personalized, 'one-of-a-kind' design. In most cases we can even provide you with a 'mock up' of your new design we create, which allows you to preview your plaque. Any applicable 'customization fees' will be discussed prior to your order being placed.
What is your return policy?
If the plaque is damaged during shipping, or if we made an error in your order, please contact us within five days from the date of delivery of your plaque and we will create another one for you at no additional charge. However, because of our plaques are personalized with your name, address, etc.. we are not able to offer refunds.
