When you order your Flower Address Sign it will be hand crafted from beginning to end, ensuring it will have its own unique characteristics. Each house plaque in our Signature Series is carefully hand painted to your specifications and then personally signed by the designing artist so you can be sure it is an authentic, truly personalized, hand crafted work of art.

About the Materials All Flower House Plaques in our Ceramic Signature Series are made from Genuine Ceramic Bisque and come with two weather resistance screws and two protective rubber washers for easy installation.

About the Process With custom molds and quality bisque as the foundation, each plaque begins its journey by being poured or 'hand cast' in one of our specially crafted molds. It is then placed on racks and allowed to dry in a controlled environment for up to 5 days. Oh-so-cautiously removed from the mold, your address plaque is then placed in a kiln and slow-fired at carefully monitored temperatures for the better part of the day. After this firing process is finished, the plaques are cooled and then inspected for defects. We are also looking for those subtle characteristics that will make each address plaque unique. Any that do not pass our inspection are thrown out.

Now we go to the artist's studio where your house number plaque is gently hand-sanded, washed and dried. It is then individully hand painted by one of our experienced artists who carefully follows the design, colors and style you've chosen ... ensuring every plaque is distinctive, beautiful and unique. In the final stage of the process the glaze is prepared and your plaque is dipped and dried overnight. A last minute inspection and it is prepared for one final trip to the kiln where it is kiln-fired a second time to ensure durability and a warm, lustrous finish.

About Our Signature Series Designs  At Classy Plaques Studios each house plaque is hand designed and hand painted which means we can go beyond traditional personalization of putting just your name, address, or house numbers on the plaque. We can also customize or modify any of our artwork in order to include themes, colors, objects or subject matter that you would like to see on your house plaque. This is available only in our Signature Series and something you're unlikely to find anywhere else. We have an experienced team available to you who are happy to discuss your ideas and requests. We can make modifications to any of our designs and then provide you with a 'mock up' for you to see prior to completing your plaque. We will provide one to two mock ups of your ideas with no additional charge and in most cases this is sufficient to arrive at your desired design. For more than two mock ups or for customized designs involving additional detail and time, there will be a customization charge which we will discuss with you. No customization fees will be applied without your approval.
