How do I place an order? TOP

Step 1. Choose a design from either the Scenic Color plaques, Western Designs or Classic Black and White plaques
Step 2. Choose a lettering style (seven choices)
Step 3. Choose a border color
Step 4. Optional Deluxe Greeting: On the Grapes Design only, an additional greeting or phrase can be added in between
             your the design and name or house number. Please add $15.00 for this special feature.)
Step 5. Enter your last name or house number as you want it to appear on your plaque (up to 15 characters)

            Enter quantity and place order. You're done!

How long will it take to receive my order? TOP
Orders take approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery.  All orders are shipped by UPS.  Delivery time differs depending on location.  A slightly longer delivery time is required for orders going to Hawaii and Alaska.  Express delivery is available for an additional charge.

What are your plaques made of ? TOP
All our plaques are made out of bisque. They are glazed and then high-fired.  Each piece is weather-resistant and the vibrant colors will not fade.

Will I get an ordering and shipping confirmation? TOP
Yes. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon ordering and another email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.

How will my piece be shipped? TOP
Standard ground and overnight delivery are the two shipping options available at this time.  Shipping for each plaque is $9.95 for Standard ground.  If ordering more than one plaque, each plaque will be shipped separately to insure product quality and wholeness.

What do I do when my piece arrives? TOP
Immediately open and inspect the item for any damage.

What do I do if the piece is broken when it arrives? TOP
Contact us immediately.  UPS allows a five day window for us to file a damaged claim.  Our ceramic pieces are carefully packaged for protection.  However, if the piece is broken upon arrival, we will gladly offer you a replacement piece.

What if I'm interested in something I don't see on your website? TOP
Please contact us and let us know what you're looking for and we will find out if it's something we can do. 

What is your return policy? TOP
Classy Plaques stands behind the quality of our products and takes customer satisfaction seriously. Your personalized piece will have characteristics that ensure a truly handcrafted work of art. Each order is carefully inspected before being shipped. If the plaque does not meet your satisfaction, is damaged in shipping, or if we made an error in the painting process, we will paint and ship another one out to you at no additional charge. However, we do not offer refunds.
