Shipping & Returns

Will I get an ordering and shipping confirmation?
Yes. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon ordering and another email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.

How will my piece be shipped?
UPS Standard ground delivery is the shipping option available at this time for orders inside the USA.  Shipping for each plaque is $12.95 for Standard ground.  If ordering more than one plaque, each plaque will be shipped separately to insure product quality and wholeness. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the painting process and shipping time.  Shipping outside the United States is $39.00 per plaque using  the United States Postal Service Priority Mailing.  Please allow 4-5 weeks for the painting process and international shipping.

What do I do when my piece arrives?
Immediately open and inspect the item for any damage.

What do I do if the piece is broken when it arrives?
Contact us immediately.  UPS allows a five day window for us to file a damaged claim.  Our ceramic pieces are carefully packaged for protection.  However, if the piece is broken upon arrival, we will gladly offer you a replacement piece.


What is your return policy?
Classy Plaques stands behind the quality of our products and takes customer satisfaction seriously. Your personalized piece will have characteristics that ensure a truly handcrafted work of art. Each order is carefully inspected before being shipped. If the plaque does not meet your satisfaction, is damaged in shipping, or if we made an error in the painting process, we will paint and ship another one out to you at no additional charge. However, we do not offer refunds.
