Step 2. Choose a lettering style (if there is an option for it).
Step 3. Enter your Personalization as you want it to appear on your plaque.
Step 4. Select the desire size (if available).
Step 5. Choose the color combination you want (if available). The color samples viewed may not be exact representations of the product. Various factors such as monitor resolution, color settings, and display type can effect how color charts are viewed on the internet.

You're done! Shortly after you've completed your order, you will receive an automated email receipt confirming your order.
These custom designed house plaques are personalized and typically will be completed and ready to ship within 2 to 4 weeks from the time the order is placed. Once shipped, delivery time within the USA will most often range from 2 to 8 days depending on your location. Once your order has been completed and shipped out, you'll also receive a shipment confirmation via email.
COVID-19 UPDATE: Current status of impact on shipments and delivery
- All Porcelain Ceramic are shipping within normal timeline.
- Brass Plaques are shipping out within normal timeline.
- Cast Aluminum Metal Plaques - The normal shipping timeline is 3-4 weeks. The manufacturer currently anticipates shipping timeline approximately 6-8 weeks due to COVID-19's circumstances and a significant increase in orders at this time.
How will my plaque be shipped?
The majority of orders will be shipped via Federal Express or USPS Mail.
Will I get an Order and Shipping confirmation?
Yes. You will receive two emails. An 'order confirmation' will be sent to you after your order has been successfully placed. Once your order has been completed and shipped out, you'll also receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain the carrier tracking information should you care to track the progress of your shipment. These confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide us with during the ordering process.
What do I do when my plaque arrives?
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Before the carrier leaves, inspect the box for any visible damage incurred during shipping and ask the driver to make appropriate notations on your delivery receipt and in their tracking system if any damage is found. After delivery we suggest you hang onto the shipping box and any packaging materials your order arrived in until you have inspected your order, just in case the product needs to be returned due to damage.
What do I do if the piece is broken or damaged when it arrives?
Contact us immediately if your item is broken or damaged upon arrival. We will gladly offer you a replacement piece at no charge for all claims that are placed promptly.
Custom orders, Product changes, Discontinued Products
If you don't see what you're looking for or have something specific in mind, simply email us, call us, or click on the 'Contact' button (located at the top of this page) with your inquiry. We may be able customize a current plaque design or help create your very own personalized, 'one-of-a-kind' design. Any applicable 'customization fees' will be discussed prior to your order being placed.
Product Changes: The manufacturers and foundries whose products we offer may, from time to time, change or discontinue one or more of the products they offer. We have no control over this of course, and do update our website, if and as we are made aware of any such changes by the manufacturer. If any such change that we have been made aware of by the manufacturer applies to an order you are currently placing, we would notify you prior to processing and submitting your order to the manufacturer or foundry.
Discontinued products can happen at any time and without advanced notice. If a manufacturer discontinues a product, we of course are unable to offer that product any longer and we would be unable to fill any current, future or repeat orders for that product.
What is your return policy?
Because these plaques are personalized, we are not able to offer our customers refunds or accept returns. Of course, if your plaque is damaged during shipping, or if we made an error in your order, please contact us within five days from the date of delivery of your plaque and a replacement will be made for you at no additional charge.
