Will I get an ordering and shipping confirmation?
Yes. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon ordering with a valid email entered and another email will be sent to you when your order has been shipped.

How will my piece be shipped?
The products on our website come from different manufacturers that use their own carriers. Currently most use USPS Standard ground delivery for the shipping option for orders inside the USA. 

What do I do when my piece arrives?
Immediately open and inspect the item for any damage.

What do I do if the piece is broken when it arrives?
Contact us immediately.  USPS and UPS allows a five day window for us to file a damaged claim.  Our porcelain pieces are carefully packaged for protection. However, if the piece is broken upon arrival, we will gladly offer you a replacement piece.

What is your return policy?
Classy Plaques stands behind the quality of our products and takes customer satisfaction seriously. Regarding metal, brass and porcelain products, your personalized piece will have characteristics that ensure a true work of art. Each order is carefully inspected before being shipped. If the plaque is damaged in shipping, or if we or the manufacturer made an error in the text, we will replace and ship another one out to you at no additional charge. However, we do not offer refunds.
