Regarding Porcelain Products offered...Each order is carefully inspected before being shipped. If the plaque is damaged in shipping, or if we made an error in the fired image process for porcelain products, we will create and ship another one out to you at no additional charge. However, we do not offer refunds.
Regarding Metal and Brass Products offered..when entering your desired personalization text in the drop down boxes on the product page, please double-check your text after entering for accuracy. Personalized orders cannot be modified, canceled or returned after being placed per the manufacturer Whitehall Products and Majestic Mfg.
